The Municipality of North Kynouria has organized this year a rich program of carnival events, full of music, dancing, singing, laughter and delicious food, offering unique moments of fun for young and old alike!

Saturday 22 February - Central Square of Parali Astros
Take a photo with Mickey and Minnie, sing, enjoy balloon making and face painting and dance around the donkey to the rhythms of Halloween.

Saturday 1 March - Astrinο Carnival
The Astrin Carnival arrives with its spectacular floats and teams of carnivalists young and old, spreading laughter, joy and a colourful spectacle in a spectacular parade.

Sunday 2 March - Tsakonian Carnival (Agios Andreas)
Incisive political satire and traditional Tsakonian customs will take us back in time, offering moments of laughter to tears.

Sunday 2 March - Korakovouni
The curtain of the Municipality's carnival events will fall with the traditional carnival parade and the burning of the olive tree in the central square of the village.
